Summary
The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans for project delivery including resources, timeframes, and budgeting. The Project Coordinator will perform various tasks such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation and handling both internal and external queries.
To be successful in this position the Project Coordinator will need to have excellent time management and communication skills since collaboration with clients in addition to internal teams is essential to deliver results within deadlines.

Job Duties
- Assist the Project Manager where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for potential projects and coordinate the purchase of materials for awarded projects.
- Primary contact with clients for scheduled shutdowns, establishing time and material estimates and budgets along with coordinating appropriate trades.
