NowPac is looking for a experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. You will bring the know-how, leadership, and teamwork we need to keep things running smoothly. You're the go-to person for fixing any mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems. Plus, you're all about keeping things organized with clear instructions and training. When it comes to setting up production lines and doing preventive maintenance, you're on top of it, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Your leadership style makes everyone feel safe and supported, and you're great at working with other teams to get the job done right. In a nutshell, you're all about getting better every day and helping the team succeed.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager holds a pivotal position within the NowPac Production team. This role entails maintaining, troubleshooting, setting up, repairing, planning, and installing production equipment and associated machinery. They oversee the maintenance team's workload, creating a safe environment where everyone can learn and grow in their roles.

Their areas of focus will include:

- Expertly diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues and promptly execute repairs.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation and assist in providing necessary operator training.
- Foster collaboration with other managers, particularly those in production, to optimize the setup and performance of each shift and production line, ensuring overall success across operations.
- Execute machining tasks, including proficient use of drill presses and other machinery within the workshop.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as outlined in the maintenance schedule.
- Engage in equipment rebuilds and repairs for conveyors, heat tunnels, shrink wrap machines, blister packaging equipment, cartoners, and flow wrap machinery.
- Inspire and lead your team, clearly communicate expectations, manage workloads effectively, and ensure clarity regarding individual responsibilities.

**Skills Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven Equipment Maintenance experience.
- Ability to work 10am - 6pm EST Monday-Friday (and ad hoc weekends when required)
- Experience in the Consumer Packaging or Consumer Healthcare industry would be a definite asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive with a sense of urgency in workload management, ability to project manage your own work load.
- Accountability for work and clear communication with colleagues.
