**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for facility and equipment job plan documentation, job plan tasking, preventative maintenance scheduling, data reporting and CMMS end user training. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures ensuring quality planning, and KPI work order metrics are achieved by team.

Your Tasks:
Equipment Data Collection & Maintenance
- Maintains and updates equipment/asset data base and preventative maintenance program.
- Provides procedures, forms and checklists to support data input into CMMS database.
- Provides suggestions and assists with improvement of relevant procedures and resources.
- Provides quality and efficient asset based preventative maintenance program.
- Provides documentation for new/upgraded equipment commissioning. (PSHR, ESA, Electrical Schematics, Change Management, Manufacturing Procedures...)
- Asset grouping of related equipment for coordinated maintenance with other departments.

Work Orders
- Provides monitoring and reporting for PM work order performance and KPIs.
- Advises management team of issues, concerns or noncompliance to standard.

Preventative Maintenance Scheduling
- Creates preventative maintenance schedules based on assets and coordinates planned downtimes with production and end users.
- Reviews and updates work schedules taking into consideration factors including but not limited to current workload and production constraints.
- Generates reports to review trends in machine and asset performance.
- Participates in root-cause analysis based on performance report findings.
- Provides resource allocation recommendations to assist with optimizing resource utilization.

Job Plan Documentation
- Liaises with relevant stakeholders to gather work procedures in order to prepare and/or maintain related job plans.
- Provides suggestions on applicable job plans based on asset or job requirements.

End User Training
- Provides training to CMMS end users.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline is preferred or, equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience reading mechanical & electrical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
