Our professional times offer a diverse range of services including home support, residential care for children and youth, support for adults with I/DD, capacity development with indigenous communities, supervised access for families as well as private health and occupational health and safety services. Brightisle is local and fully owned by Seafair Capital.

One of Brightisle’s programs, Blue sky Family Care is dedicated to helping children and youth. Based in Newfoundland and Labrador, we are constantly evolving to provide specialized care services in support of children and families. We are proud of our people and the work they do to help hundreds of children and families in difficult times. **Blue sky is currently seeking a Case Manager to join our team in St. John’s, NL.**

**It’s more than just a job**

As a Case Manager with Blue sky, you are responsible for fostering and encouraging a therapeutic and compassionate residential experience for children and youth. You must have excellent decision making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and enjoying working with a supportive team. You’re a people person and can build and maintain positive relationships with staff, the children and youth in our care along with other relevant internal and external supports.

**What you’ll bring?**

A university degree preferably in social work; or a college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with experience in children services may also be considered; the ability to deal with crisis and post-crisis debriefing; the ability to work as part of a team and independently; excellent decision making and critical thinking skills; excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills; and applicants should possess a valid driver’s license/insurance and have their own vehicle.
