**Opportunity: Data and Innovation Specialist, Risk Management**
- Monitor, identify and analyze trends, explaining outliers and providing influential feedback related to results and productivity.
- Create and publish reports.
- Consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data is clean.
- Build and maintain an inventory of data and support the monitoring of KPIs.
- Proactively identify new data elements that may provide further insight into performance or business trends for the risk management department.
- Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.
- Work in collaboration with project team members, leading the development of new reports.
- Proactively identify new data elements that may provide insight into performance.

**What you Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field (i.e., Mathematics, Science, Physics, Statistics, AI, Computer Science, etc.), or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Previous experience within the insurance industry is considered an asset.
- Can communicate effectively with diverse audiences verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work on innovative projects that require being comfortable leading pilot projects and reviewing solutions for clients.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in data management, and sales reporting.
- Dynamic individual with a high level of energy and strong initiative.
- Excellent, advanced knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Power BI and programming languages SQL, VBA, SAS is an asset, and Python.
