**Your Day to Day**
- Edit and print internal and external letters, memos, and supplies
- Review expenses, invoices, cheque requisitions and other forms. Ensure appropriate approval, distribution to appropriate individuals/ departments for processing
- Prepare paper supplies for new residences/homes
- securing and set up of various accounts for pharmacy operations
- Provide administrative support for Health and Safety Committees and Representatives as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls to the pharmacy and paging/re routing the phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Sort and track mail or parcel packages
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring To The Team**
- Office Administration Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minmum 1+ year of experience in a related administrative environment
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work demands to ensure a timely completion
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Well organized
- Must be willing to work on site
- Able to act without guidance
