Job Summary:
We are
seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Digital Workflow & RPA
Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, developing, and implementing digital workflows and robotic process
automation (RPA) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and
drive business value through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- **ServiceNow Workflow Development**:

- Design, develop, and deploy digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- **Robotic Process Automation**:

- Identify, analyze, and prioritize processes for automation.
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using ServiceNow and other RPA tools.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow workflows and RPA solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed workflows and RPA solutions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track the performance and impact of automated processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ServiceNow Digital Workflow: 3 years (preferred)
- RPA: 2 years (preferred)
