Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Maple, Canada Abtek Ltd Full time

Note: This is a full time in-person position out of our Vaughan office

Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday every 5 weeks

Recent grads welcome

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with customers in English and French
- Dispatching subcontractors and technicians
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with subcontractors and update customers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and French is a must
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Dispatching and construction experience an asset

Joining our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
