**Job Summary**

**Position Description**
- Collaborate with Partnership leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives and special projects.
- Integrate data from a variety of sources including MS-SQL and centralize in MS Power BI and/or QuickBase
- Develop solutions/tools to scrub and validate data
- Create relevant dashboards within MS Power BI and/or QuickBase to assist in senior management’s decision making and enable frontline management to measure their business units’ performance on a near real-time basis.
- Translate business requirements into technical or data analysis solutions
- Conduct business analysis, outlining business problems and opportunities
- Interpret data and analyze trends
- Work with large amounts of data from multiple external sources
- Design and create financial models
- Work collaboratively across business units and various stakeholders to solve business problems
- Ad Hoc reporting
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ensure that dashboards and reports meet business needs and requirements
- Perform market intelligence research (competitive intelligence, market sizing/ forecasting)

**What will you bring?**
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with technologies including Google Analytics, MS Power BI, MS SQL, Python/R/VB or similar programming an asset
- Advanced MS Excel skills, Business Central and QuickBase skills
- Experience in transportation, manufacturing, and waste management industry is an asset
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- A team player who thrives on collaborating cross functionally and building relationships
- Strong project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Understand data analytics/data science strategies and insights that are cross-functional and inform business priorities
- Supply chain and operational analytics, cost modelling, clustering and segmentation, pricing, demand models, data visualization, data mining, statistical testing, predictive modelling
- Software development experience
