**_Quality Assurance Auditor _**:

- to join Apollo Team_

**POSITION SCOPE**: Quality Assurance Auditor audits processes to maintain process control, performs analytical testing of products, provides guidance/training as required, completes all product sampling requirements & all associated documentation to ensure that all standards & product specification requirements are met prior to the finished product being shipped.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Audit on-line processes to ensure product specific requirements are met & completed
- Record audit results on a timely basis.
- Provide guidance including on-line training to maintain process control when required.
- Review Statistical Process Control Charts (SPC) & production Fill Sheets.
- Ensure that all batches and finished product meet Customer & QC standards prior to filling and shipping.
- Perform required testing & complete documentation requirements.
- Generate reports as required including Rework, On-Hold & Rejection reports.
- Ensure line start ups are audited
- Ensure all product-sampling requirements including identification, documentation & storage of samples e.g. Legal Retain, Line Standard, Micro, Customer, PLMA etc are completed on a timely & orderly basis.
- Ensure all Customer requirements for documentation & product sampling plan etc are completed & dispatched on a timely basis.
- Maintain an orderly filing system.
- Adhere to all QA/QC and Company policies and procedures including health and safety.
- Follow all procedures and wear personal protective equipment as outlined in the health and safety manual.
- Identify and report any hazard(s), accidents, and injuries requiring first aid, health care, lost-time injuries, occupational diseases or incidents in the workplace.
- Use equipment, materials and machinery only as authorized.
- Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework /repair of non-conforming manufactured product to determine root cause.
- Promote and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities in manufacturing.
- Review Batching production documents & Fill Sheets.
- Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements as per Apollo Health and Beauty care standards.
- Any other related duties as required.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**: 2-3 years’ experience with high school diploma or equivalency required or 1-2 years’ experience with post-secondary education or other job required certification or license required
