Les Pitchous accompagnent ses clients (Marques et Agences) à accélérer leur croissance sur Amazon. Nous accompagnons plusieurs clients dans différents secteurs d'activités (cosmétiques, alimentaires, décoration, fournitures de bureau. jouet etc..) et dans différents pays (Canada, USA, France).

Notre objectif est focalisé sur la satisfaction client

**Ta mission ?**

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un ou une **Account Manager / Gestionnaire de comptes AMAZON à temps plein.**

Rattaché à l’équipe de direction, tu participeras de manière pro-active au développement de l’entreprise ainsi qu’à la gestion des problématiques Amazon de nos clients.
- Coordonner les projets Amazon avec L'équipe Les Pitchous et nos clients
- Améliorer/Rédiger le contenu des fiches produits Amazon de nos clients
- Optimiser les mots-clés pour améliorer le référencement organique des produits de nos clients.
- Pilotage des campagnes Amazon PPC
- Gestion des problématiques opérationnelles
- Gestion de la relation en directe avec le client
- Élaboration de reporting quotidien et mensuel

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu as une aisance à l'oral et tu es capable de créer rapidement une relation de confiance qui te servira pour conseiller au mieux tes clients.
- Tu maîtrises la coordination de projets et tu es capable de respecter les échéances demandées
- Google Sheet n'a plus de secret pour toi. Tu maîtrises les recherches V et les tableaux croisés dynamiques
- Tu sais comment analyser les datas pour mettre en place des stratégies pour nos clients
- Tu as la volonté d’apprendre et tu aimes travailler en autonomie
- Tu es parfaitement bilingue Anglais/Français
