**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information Systems and Digital **team in **Vancouver**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Project Manager.**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, and proactively identify and address any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- PMP Certification, PMI Certification, or Prince2 certification is required.
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Scrum and Agile.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
