**About the Role**

This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can seamlessly handle administrative tasks, coordinate projects, support executive management, and contribute to sales initiatives within the Plugs Division of Steelhaus Technologies Inc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Administration**
- Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing system for documents, contracts, and client information.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and stakeholders.

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling, allocating resources, and project tracking.
- Ensuring project deliverables are completed and adhere to project timelines.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Identification of potential risks or issues and addressing in collaboration with project teams.
- Liaising with operations regarding shipping and receiving of materials.

**Executive Support**
- Providing high-level administrative support to executive management, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with strategic planning and business development initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
- Conducting research and preparing briefing materials for executive meetings and presentations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Sales Support**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients in the industry.
- Identifying sales opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to develop tailed solutions for our clients.

**Required Abilities, Knowledge, Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, and project management roles.
- Familiar with downhole tools/manufacturing, is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Sales experience within the industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
