We are looking for a fun, detail-oriented, multi-tasking Digital Project Manager who will be leading our cross-functional team of brilliant people to deliver creative and innovative digital solutions for our clients. Success in this position will involve a flexible approach to problem solving, organization, strong people, and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Work with senior management to ensure that deadlines are met.

**You can expect to be**
- Managing projects ranging from 25-100k budgets with 2-4 team members.
- Working with clients in project kick-off, setting priorities and milestones, review project status, and managing scope and budget of the project.
- Scheduling, conducting project meetings with clients.
- Managing support contracts and updating service tickets and requests in JIRA.
- Communicate project assignments and expectations on deadlines and deliverables to team members.
- Leading requirements and client workshops.

**We’re looking for**
- 2+ years experience specifically in web development and marketing projects.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- A critical thinker who is a problem solver. You’re not a messenger, your job is to understand what problem needs to be solved so that you can contribute to the solution.
- Love working with people & have exceptional people skills.
- An outstanding communicator, both written & verbally, and a great listener.
- Love to keep things organized and have a sense in pride in doing so.
- Like to have fun and can maintain your sense of fire when putting out fires
- Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing)
- Knowing project management methodology (PMBOK).
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
- Industry-specific knowledge in marketing / digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Self-motivated yet customer focused.
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-starter who requires little direction.
- Someone who resides in Edmonton, Alberta and can travel on occasion as necessary
