You will drive continuously improving results in the production of uncompromising quality, high performance composite fabrics.

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
- We are more focused on your work history than your schooling. High tempo, focused and technical job experience is a major plus.
- Since our production methods are still being actively refined we are looking for production staff who are creative, problem solvers who help advance our methodology and suggest changes to tooling, shop layout, etc. You will quickly become one of the world's leading experts in our specialized method of production and your input will be highly valuable to the team.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Follow detailed, step-by-step manufacturing procedures to produce high-quality composite materials
- Recommend process changes to improve material quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Careful inspection and quality control of raw materials and finished goods
- Physically capable of heavy lifting. Frequently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks on a daily basis

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
