**Part-Time Reception position available in busy, professional, office setting within the Psychology field**
We are looking for part-time receptionist for a busy office that is located within HRM and is along the public transit routes. (Basic duties include, but are not limited to greeting clients, booking appointments, accepting payments, maintaining a tidy office setting, restocking supplies as needed, etc)
1. Strong communication
2. Ability to keep high levels of confidentiality.
3. Ability to work independently, or as a team member.
4. Punctuality and good time management
5. Above average people skills (takes directions well, able to work with clients, coworkers, managers in a professional and respectful matter)
6. Willingness to adapt as job requires (learn new computer programs, learn new phone system, etc)
7. Problem solving (Be a quick thinker with the ability to solve problems that may arise)
8. Maintain composure in stressful situations if they arise.
9. Above average organizational skills
10. Overall, we are looking for an employee that possesses a very strong work ethic.
