- Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine de l’immobilier (souhaité)
- Maîtrise des outils courtiers ; EzMax, Prospect, Saisie, Matrix, Immocontact (souhaité)

**Détails de l’emploi**
Titre : Adjointe Administrative
Poste : Temps Plein (30h-40h)
Lieu : En personne au bureau mais télé-travaille occasionnel permis
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi de 9h à 16h variable selon les besoins de chaque semaine
Salaire : Selon l’expérience entre $20/h-$30/h + Bonus ($$$)

**Exemple des tâches et responsabilités...**
- Conformité des dossiers
- Suivis des transactions
- Écriture à la main des lettres personnalisés chaque mois
- Préparation des envois et cadeaux clients
- Gestion de la base de clients
- Entré des données et leads
- Présence et participation à toutes rencontres, formation et évènements d'équipe
- Gestions des immocontacts
- Recevoir et répondre aux appels et courriels de clients, courtiers, collaborateurs et notaires
- Commandes de matériels et suivi de l’inventaire
- Facturation des dossiers en collaboration avec le bureau RE/MAX
- Communication constante et lien avec notre spécialiste en marketing

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
