GTA Compressor Solutions Inc. is looking to recruit a full-time **Service Support** **Administrator.** The successful applicant will need to be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful applicant will have troubleshooting abilities, great computer skills and take great pride and initiative in their work. With their detail, accuracy and organizational expertise this position plays a key role in our business, so we need a person who thrives on being busy. _**Due to the type of coordination required for this position, please note that this is not a remote role. You will be required to be in office from Monday-Friday.**_

**Position Overview**

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position will be involved with the implementation, promotion and growth of our service business.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Manage service calls - assisting customer calls with service inquiries.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers for parts required for quotes or service jobs.
- Prepare and send quotes for upcoming service work, preventative maintenance agreements or recommendations.
- Enter service orders and PM Agreements into the current computer system.
- Schedule service jobs and pre-warn clients of expected visit dates.
- Allocate appropriate technicians for specific job requirements.
- Run and maintain back log report.
- Manage service calendar on a daily basis.
- Ensure clients are kept fully informed about tech visits, breakdown situations ref parts o/s, service recommendations.
- Monitor weekly labour recovery to ensure our billings are at a 92% average or higher.
- Monitor outstanding breakdowns and jobs incomplete to ensure earliest completion.
- Liaise with service manager on issues unresolved or for advice on appropriate technicians, client requirements or technical support.
- Inform sales personnel of any major service client issues or alternatively opportunities.
- Communicate with and send warranty work to the warranty administrator.
- Assist with responsibilities associated for rental fleet, rental inventory, rental contracts, rental billings, rental returns, and any service work required on rental equipment.

**About You**
- A Diploma in Business/Office Administration or Business Fundamentals.
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position or customer service.
- 2 to 3 years experience coordinating a service or technical team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player, great communicator, and able to work independently at times.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a male dominated industry.
