Formations Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic **Sales Representative** to join our team and manage a designated portfolio in the SK region. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow customer accounts through proactive outreach, resolving inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
- Drive business growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions and improve sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) to support strategic planning.
- Maintain organized records for quick access to essential documents and product information.

**Job Competencies**:

- **Customer Interaction & Consultative Selling**: Understand customer needs and offer value-driven solutions using consultative techniques.
- **Internal Collaboration & Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge & Solutions Expertise**: Clearly communicate how product features address customer challenges.
- **Prospecting & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- **Target Achievement & Time Management**: Consistently meet sales targets by prioritizing key opportunities and managing time effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inside sales role,** preferably in the building materials sector. Experience in related fields will also be considered.
- Experience in cabinetry manufacturing is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and effectively communicate product value.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage orders, check inventory, and process data accurately.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to gaining product knowledge and enhancing sales performance.

**Job Requirements and Working Environment**:

- Demonstrated hunter mindset with strong critical thinking skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic market environment, with the ability to handle rejection.
- Primarily office-based but requires frequent travel within the designated territory to meet clients.
- Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet business demands.
