We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

The Client Operations team supports our NTT DATA BU and Enterprise partners across multiple industries in Commercial and Public Sector. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Client Operations team, within Global Operations. The team runs the Voice of the Client Program, Client Reference Program, Client Excellence Dashboard, and quarterly and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Understand all functions performed by the Client Operations team to ensure adequate coverage, minimizing impacts to stakeholders during vacations/illness/holidays/attrition/etc.
- Management of the Client Excellence dashboard and support of other Client Operations Programs - may include training, system enhancements/testing, communications, and process enhancements
- Develop monthly and quarterly reporting
- Liaise across multiple support organizations
- Support ad hoc requests for Client Operations
- Contribute to Global Operations priority initiatives/special projects as required
- Process minded individual who will document and develop processes; ability to identify bottlenecks; work to resolve system issues; effectively implement change
- Adapt to changing priorities easily; excellent time management; able to multi task
- Self-managed individual who can effectively identify problems, determine solutions, prioritize workload, and knows when seek guidance
- Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of stakeholders
- Works seamlessly as part of an onshore/offshore team; effectively coordinates activities and prioritizes actions with offshore
