FULL TIME : Associate Director of Digital Content Development

Technical Lead - Digital Content Development.

The role requires strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive and mobile-first design.

3. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the execution of digital properties like the RBC Capital Markets website.
- Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure content is effective and meets technical standards.
- Engage in technical and strategic decision-making, ensuring consistency across projects.

4. Analytics and Metrics:
Managing 7x people.
- Lead the development and execution of the digital content strategy aligned to marketing and other organizational objectives while helping to drive and shape the long-term digital content delivery vision
- Manage a team of web content developers and partner effectively with marketing leadership, content creators, UI/UX designers fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Oversee and help execute on creation, editing and publishing of web content across multiple digital platforms ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and digital guidelines
- Continuously analyze web performance metrics and client feedback to optimize the user experience, underlying technology and remediate any deficiencies effectively
- Identify and implement new technologies and platforms to enhance content management delivery, execution of digital marketing campaigns and help drive deeper client relationships through analytics and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, corporate communications, UI/UX, development and support functions as well as vendors to align with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to cybersecurity, accessibility and other industry best practices

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? **Must have**:

- 5+ years of technical experience in digital content management or web development, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Expert in web content development and have leveraged content management systems (OpenText TeamSite/LiveSite or similar), web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg), media delivery platforms (BrightCove, Captivate) and SEO best practices (SEM Rush)
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript with good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Have experience using frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue with RESTFul APIs to build rich UI experiences
- Have a strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital content programs aligned to the organizational goals
- Familiarity with personalization, content targeting and tools to tailor digital content based on user behavior, preference, and demographics.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in the financial services or other highly regulated environment
- Knowledge of platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloud to execute on outreach campaigns as well as ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and insights

Pay: $130,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
