**Require an Automotive BDC Sales Representative for Roadsport Chrysler**
**The Company**:Roadsport Chrysler is a Family Business** that has a strong and committed Team with many years of experience satisfying our customers' needs. You will be professionally contacting customers by phone to follow up on their sales requirements. Some other tasks include filing, handling, and re-directing mail and a variety of other customer duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Google ratings as set by the General Sales Manager.
- Make outbound and reply to inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct them appropriately
- Develop a pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with the service/sales/ departments & management to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Research and stay current on consumer and industry trends
- Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
- Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with sales consultants, F & I Managers and Management to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitude
- Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc.
- Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily.
- Help maintain the appearance of the customer waiting area
- Maintain value, quality, and integrity
- Maintain all H & S policies and practices
- Other duties as assigned by Management
**The Qualifications**:
- Previous New or Used Sales experience preferred
- Amazing customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
- Competent at addressing and overcoming objections
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Results driven attitude
- Experience with PBS software systems (an asset)
- An OMVIC license is required
- Proof of at least 2 shots of anti-covid vaccination
**The Responsibilities**:
- Following up on internet leads
- Generate appointments and quotes
- Greet all customers in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of new products, features, accessories, financial services offerings, etc.
- Deliver inquiries / messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Oversee CRM usage to keep track of leads and contact customers

**Salary**: $35,100.00-$65,159.18 per year
