_**Who are we?**_

Mantra Pharma markets prescription drugs, natural health products and professional training programs to healthcare professionals so they can help provide better care. Well established among healthcare professionals in Quebec, we are now looking to expand our activities in Ontario to promote our new product: Cardiosmile. We expect to add other products in the portfolio.
- **What is Cardiosmile?**_

It is the only natural health product approved for sale by Health Canada that contains a significant dose of 2 grams of water-soluble phytosterols to help manage blood cholesterol (dyslipidemia). Cardiosmile helps fulfill the daily intake of 2 grams of phytosterols which is recommended by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS), the American Heart Association (AHA), the European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS), the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), Health Canada (HC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
- **Your mission**_

You will be part of Mantra Pharma’s first team members of medical representatives outside of Quebec. As a Medical Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, nurses and other healthcare providers. This is an amazing opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, train healthcare professionals on new products, and achieve sales targets. You will need to be creative in developing different strategies to increase referrals from healthcare professionals. You will report directly to the Director of the Medical Division. The territory to cover includes Central Ontario-GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, etc.).
- **Your role within the team will be to**:_
- Promote Mantra Pharma products to clients (HCP) in the designated territory with the goal of achieving sales targets;
- Present and promote Cardiosmile to healthcare professionals in the designated territory with the goal of achieving sales targets;
- Establish strong relationships with clients (HCP);
- Identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Schedule and plan visits with healthcare professionals to discuss the product and ensure thorough coverage of the assigned territory;
- Organize informational sessions or educational programs for healthcare professionals, such as lunch and learn;
- Analyze sales data to understand market trends and adjust sales strategies;
- Maintain daily accurate records of client interactions in Mantra Pharma’s CRM;
- Inform the company of relevant developments and propose strategies to enhance competitiveness;
- Manage samples efficiently and notify relevant parties;
- Understand the principles of pharmacovigilance (PV) to recognize and collect PV cases and adverse effects during client visits;
- Stay informed about new products, regulatory updates, and changes in the healthcare sector;

**Your background and strengths**:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical field. Experience in osteoporosis, cardiology, biosimilar (an asset);
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software;
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a car;
- Business development and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Excellent communication, presentation and strong relationship building skills;
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information;
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets;
- Interpersonal and superior sales skills;
- Time management and organizational skills.
