Automotive Customer Relationship Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Relationship Representative. The Customer Relationship Representative will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our shop’s products and services, and maintain positive relationships with them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, and be able to suggest appropriate products and services that meet their needs
- Assist with the sales process, including payments, inventory management, and customer follow-up
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information about product features, services and maintenance options
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shopify and other computer programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
