**Experienced Painter Duties**:

- Painting (Spraying, Rolling, Brush work, Cutting)
- Surface preparation (clean, patch and sand surfaces to be painted)

**-**Loading/unloading painting gear/ladders/scaffolding etc.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ of skillful experience working for a painting company
- Willing/able to work indoors, outdoors, on a ladder and around odours
- Attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, able to distinguish between colours
- Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive work
- Able to lift 50lbs

**Terms**:

- Full and part-time available
- Occasional overtime, evening, weekend and out-of-town work
- Bonus/overnight pay available for out of town work
- 6 month probation
- Starting pay based on assessed skill (and increased based on a monthly assessments)
