We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a **Member Contact Centre Representative**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our digital members, helping them troubleshoot technical issues, answering questions, and providing outstanding service.

You’ll build genuine relationships with our members by taking the time to understand their needs, earning their trust, and delivering a personalized experience with every interaction.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver omni-channel service and solutions,
- Assist members with their banking transactions,
- Provide support and troubleshooting to members having issues with our banking technology,
- Share information about the range of resources, services, and products we offer,
- Connect members with our experts for advice, and
- Take the initiative to actively reach out to members and optimize their experience with us.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, member focused environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to grasp and troubleshoot various technologies (smartphones, apps, operating systems).
- Confident in managing multiple systems, software and platforms while assisting members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Ability to think critically and offer solutions to technical and service-related issues.
- Prior experience in sales, with the ability promote and cross-sell products and services that align with the members goals.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work effectively under pressure.

**More details**:

- **Hours**: 37.5 hours weekly. Permanent, full-time. Two positions available.
- **Location**: Flexible to work out of any of our current branch locations. Travel to Lloydminster may be required for the purposes of training.
- **Salary**: $44,700 - $55,800 annually.
- **Hours of operation**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some STAT hours may be required. Various shifts are scheduled.

**The Location**

Synergy operates on the lands referred to as Treaty 6 Territory, which encompasses the unceded lands of Indigenous Nations and Peoples, including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Saulteaux, Nakota, Dene, and Metis.
