**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster enduring relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proactively address inquiries and concerns, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Office Operations Management**:

- Lead the charge in keeping our office functioning seamlessly by overseeing inventory and supplies, mail and parcel coordination, andgeneral officeequipment maintenance.
- Champion the efficiency and functionality of our office facilities to create an environment conducive to productivity and success.

**Customer Complaint Resolution**:

- Serve as the frontline leader in handling customer complaints with grace and efficiency, striving for swift resolution and maintaining positive rapport.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance overall customer experience and mitigate recurring issues.

**Administrative Support**:

- Utilize your leadership prowess to navigate Jackrabbit software and website administration for member program registration with precision and foresight.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and department heads, providing invaluable support to drive organizational initiatives forward.

**Recruitment and Management of CSR Team**:

- Take charge of recruiting, onboarding, and managing the CSR team, including scheduling and supervision.
- Ensure seamless customer service operations by stepping in when necessary, such as covering shifts in the event of staff shortages.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including processing payments, financial management, bank deposits, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Oversee budget management for the office and handle purchasing responsibilities as the VISA holder for the organization.

**Facility and IT Management**:

- Coordinate all aspects of facility management, including functioning as a liaison with county authorities, coordinating repairs/maintenance, inventory management, and overseeing cleaning contracts.
- Serve as the liaison between the organization and IT providers, overseeing all IT requests and ensuring smooth communication.

**Contract and Vendor Management**:

- Manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships, including billing, invoicing, and overseeing contract compliance.

**Club Communications and Event Planning**:

- Oversee all club communications and event planning activities, including messaging to membership, marketing, event coordination, and managing facility rentals.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Develop and maintain administrative procedures, oversee organizational filing systems, and provide reports to the Executive Director as required.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for Executive Meetings, and execute monthly billing processes.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact for web development teams, oversee online store management, troubleshoot account issues, and manage storage unit inventory.
- Execute grant reporting, oversee the Deep Clean process, and handle other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in management or administrative roles, showcasing strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for building rapport and inspiring others.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
- A passion for our organization's mission and a desire to make a positive impact in our community.

Salary**:$50,000** - **$60,000 per year** depending on experience and qualifications. This is based on a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Access to Group Health Benefits after the successful completion of a three-month probationary period.

This position is based out of the Salto Gymnastics Club in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
