Responsibilities:

- Operate bulldozers to move and level earth, rock, and other materials
- Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trees, and vegetation
- Ensure the safe operation of the bulldozer and perform routine maintenance checks
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete grading and excavation tasks
- Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate work activities

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail to ensure precise grading and excavation work
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
