**Position Overview**

The **Wholesale Account Coordinator** plays a pivotal role in providing clerical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities encompass a range of duties focused on coordinating sales team activities. This includes tracking and generating reports, facilitating order fulfillment, conducting follow-ups on sales calls, and actively contributing to sales efforts. Additionally, they undertake light financial responsibilities to streamline sales processes. Acting as a crucial link between the sales team and wholesale customers, the **Wholesale Account Coordinator** is tasked with preparing various sales documents and producing associated reports to facilitate efficient communication and enhance overall sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Sales support
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports
- Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product catalogue and ecom forms for wholesale customers
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications
- Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the product
- Support senior management by informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays
- Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Create, maintain and utilize Nuorder linesheets to generate additional sales

Wholesale fulfillment support
- Build Wholesale orders and upload them to our ERP (NetSuite)
- Take appropriate action on inventory as it relates to wholesale (transfers, adjustments, etc).
- Take appropriate action, communicate and escalate issues to appropriate teams when roadblocks arise (product defects, wrong ticketing, missing inventory, meet shipping deadlines)
- RMA processing

Data entry support
- Product data catalogue entry in various platforms and data verification (pricing, SKU counts, X-dates,etc.)
- Fill and Share product data with wholesale customers

Process Improvement and Reporting support
- Keep up to date documentation of Wholesale fulfilment SOPs/training guides
- Collaborate in the integration of new tools/solutions to improve SOPs as the business grows

**Who you are**
- A genuinely nice human being
- 3+ years in a service retail environment and/or the equivalent relevant sales support and logistics experience in fashion
- Proficient at Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Netsuite and Nuorder
- Proactive with good communication skills
- Excellent computer, problem solving and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, and a self-starter
