**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Data and Process Manager, the **Compliance Coordinator** will be responsible for participating in the deployment of processes and tools in the various regions of Ontario. As well as measuring the compliance of sites with the new measures deployed, key operational performance indicators and proposing actions to reduce non-compliance.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and rules related to initiatives and projects.
- Participating in the gap analysis following the measure and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Providing support and training to our Site Teams on deploying new processes and procedures.
- Deploying action plans and corrective measures in collaboration with the Senior Director of Operations and Retail.
- Supporting the Data and Process Manager in terms of tools, processes, and initiatives to optimize Operations.
- Performing any other related tasks related to the successful deployment of the programs.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ experience preferred.
- College degree in a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
