Outbound Load Booking Dispatcher- Canada to Usa

Position: Full-Time Dispatcher Load Booking

Shifts: Day shift

This position is responsible for booking loads Canada to USA and USA to Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking loads and tracing shipments
- Cold call potential sales lead
- Find more customers through load boards and portal
- Answer all incoming inquiries regarding pickups and deliveries
- Maintain data entries to ensure accurate records.
- Assist customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with little direction
- Must be a team player committed to maintaining desired service levels
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.05-$26.50 per hour
