SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The telecommunications market is undergoing a major transformation, and Cogeco is moving forward with its plans to enter the Canadian mobile market. We are looking for an intern to assist our Wireless team.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the intern will be involved in market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer usability testing, technology development and strategic planning of the product roadmap related to the multi-channel customer experience.

Although reporting to a specific manager, the incumbent may be required to collaborate with various internal teams within the Product Management department, including those related to marketing, technology development, new strategic initiatives and marketing communications and branding activities.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify new trends in the Mobility industry related to the customer experience and build a comprehensive analysis on a Canadian and international scale.-
- Compare competitors' value propositions and help prioritize functionality for consumer products under development.-
- Participate in the planning and organization of customer usability tests and in the drafting of reports and recommendations.-
- Support manager in user acceptance testing sessions with technology implementation and quality assurance teams.-
- Collaborate in the preparation of milestone presentations, charts and analyses.-
- Participate in meetings with technical teams to finalize business requirements.-
- All other related tasks.- ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND- B.A.A. or MBA in marketing in progress, with demonstrated interest in product development and analysis.WORK EXPERIENCE- Any previous internship or student job in marketing, market analysis or marketing research.SPECIAL SKILLS- Self-reliance, resourcefulness and initiative-

- Oral and written bilingualism (English/French). The incumbent will be required to collaborate with stakeholders outside Quebec.-
- Excellent writing skills in English and French-
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills-
- Knowledge of Google Suite-
- Intermediate or advanced level of proficiency in Excel and SPSS-
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (an asset)Location:
