**Job Description** Fairmont Gold Attendant (Part Time)**
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Fairmont Gold Attendant, you provide personalized service that will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive
**What you will be doing**:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Provide food and beverage service to the Fairmont Gold floors
- Set up and serving of breakfast/evening Hors D’oeuvres in the Fairmont Gold lounge
- Washing dishes
- Delivery of individual coffee/fruit juice orders to Fairmont Gold guest rooms
- Controlling inventories and ordering pertinent supplies for use in Fairmont Gold
- Adhering to "room warming" procedures as detailed in Fairmont Gold Standards manual
- Other duties as
**Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to)**:
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
**Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- AB Serving It Right Certificate required
