Oak Bay Marine Group is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Attendant to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences for our moorage customers in our Oak Bay Marina. The individual in this role will be providing support for contracted and guest moorage, fuel, retail, and food & beverage sales.

If you are someone with customer service and basic cash handling skills, enjoy teamwork and have experience in a hospitality or tourism environment, this opportunity is for you

Education and Technical Skills:

- Pleasure Craft Operator Card preferred
- Knowledge of marine operations and/or boating experience is an asset.
- Occupational First Aid and CPR is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Experience**:

- Experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous marina work experience is considered an asset.
