**In summary...**

The Project Manager may develop a project and realize it, as requested by and under the supervision of the R&D Director. This position consists of providing the necessary support for the progress of projects, knowing the feasibility, performing comparative analyses of nutritional profiles and ingredient lists, knowing the ingredients, procedures and equipment used in restaurants, documenting, and informing the resources involved for the continuity of research and development at Franchises Cora.

Note: No product development.
- For each project:_
- Complete a feasibility study (kitchen, service, client) and share it with the team;
- Establish a project plan including the detailed schedule and objectives to be achieved;
- Coordinate project meetings with everyone involved;
- Inform the restaurants chosen for the coordination of the different steps;
- Write the necessary reports for the development of the project and ensure follow-up;
- Communicate with the Research and Development team and inform the management team of progress;
- Perform comparative tests of samples, perform a complete analysis of the results;
- Coordinate the steps with the targeted restaurants and analyze the results;
- Communicate the final conclusion to the R&D director;
- Ensure the updating and archiving of related documentation.
- Other tasks assigned_:

- Develop, find, implement and innovate concerning products and equipment to facilitate operations;
- Ensure the updating and archiving of technical documents and recipes;
- Ensure monitoring of current regulations on nutrient information, allergens and labelling (as knowledgeable);
- Develop procedures and documentation in collaboration with the training team;
- Participate in various "Brainstorming" meetings concerning the creation of menus, promotional flaps and other offers;
- Other duties related to the position.

**Education**:

- Certification in Food Science and Technology or equivalent;
- Or college diploma in nutrition or equivalent;
**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years experience in similar position;
- Experience in restaurant business (asset);
- French & English, written and spoken;
- Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge / Know-how: pro-menu (asset);
- Knowledge / experience Purchase-Supplier (asset).

**Skills**: Teamwork, able to work on several projects at the same time, promote the organization.
