**You will be responsible for successfully matching participants to their great new job at a Hotel/Resort in Canada**, and smoothing the transition into their new home.

We are looking for a highly motivated **Working Holiday Program Coordinator, **whose responsibility is to deliver the best possible value to our participants. You will also work directly to support an international scheme (International Experience Canada) as we are a Recognized Organization (RO) with the Government of Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with employers to develop a thorough understanding of their operations, culture, and hiring needs.
- Assess participant fit and profile in alignment with employer expectations.
- Place participants in roles related to their preferences, skills and experience at Canadian Resort Locations.
- Explore exciting opportunities with potential new employers and invest in understanding and creating long-lasting relationships with industry partners.
- Coordinate participants arriving in Canada to start their adventure: arranging arrivals, pre-departure orientations, managing hostel reservations, shuttles, organizing staff housing accommodation, collecting payments, etc.
- Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging with participants to ensure their needs are understood and met during their stay in Canada.

**YOU MUST BE**:

- Passionate about travelling and able to encourage that spark in others.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Great communication and customer service skills are a MUST
- Empathetic and understanding. You always take the time to think about things from participant's perspective and what the outcome of your actions might be.
- Effective at multi-tasking with good attention to detail; take pride in being organized and can juggle competing priorities.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also produce quality work independently.
- Able to trouble shoot using critical-thinking skills in a complex and deadline-oriented environment.
- For you, going above and beyond is the only way you know how to work.

**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism studies.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Hospitality or equivalent experience.
- Genuine interest in recruitment for the hospitality industry in Canada.
