**Description**:
**Customer Service Specialist** work in a service center and provide elder care resources and referrals to employees and their families. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service provided in written or verbal interactions with our clients and providers
- Perform research, utilizing our internal database, websites, and local organizations, in order to locate confirmed, matched referrals that meet the client’s needs
- Perform quality assurance callbacks to our clients
- Maintain a high quality work in all aspects of the position
- Contact businesses or private individuals by phone in order to provide confirmed/ matched referrals to meet the Employee's needs
- Timeliness of research
- Grammatically correct and error free cover letters and referrals
- Maintain communication with clients and associated EAPs as required
- Full-time/ 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM EST

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Exceptional organizational, relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively in order to handle multiple tasks
- Able to handle fast-paced and ever-changing environment

**Requirements**:
**Required Education/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong English, verbal and written communication skills
- Social Work or Senior Care preferred
- Must be fluent in French (verbal, readings, writing)
