En tant qu’agent fiduciaire associé, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de spécialistes qui fournissent des solutions de services fiduciaires efficaces et efficientes aux entreprises clientes. Entre autres, vous aiderez les agents fiduciaires corporatifs du ministère dans l’exécution de leurs mandats.

L’agent(e) adjoint(e) de fiducie d’entreprise assiste l’agent(e) de fiducie d’entreprise dans la mise en place, l’administration et la relation de service à la clientèle des activités de fiducie d’entreprise afin d’assurer la conformité des clients aux clauses restrictives dans tous les types de mandats de fiducie d’entreprise et offre un soutien supplémentaire à l’équipe de gestion de la fiducie d’entreprise. En particulier, l’agent fiduciaire associé:

- Mettre en place de nouveaux fichiers de documents pour inclure la création de dossiers de confiance et de procédures opérationnelles écrites de bureau, le lancement de la facturation initiale et la mise en place du fichier de facturation, et la garantie que des informations exactes sont enregistrées sur divers systèmes.
- Fournir au service des fiducies de l’entreprise tout le soutien technique et administratif pour divers types de dossiers, y compris les entiercements et les organismes payeurs, les bons de souscription, les reçus de souscription et l’administration des PPP.
- Administrer le portefeuille de comptes de manière approfondie, professionnelle et rapide.
- S’assurer de l’exactitude de la facturation des frais.
- Effectuer des recherches et répondre aux demandes de renseignements généraux des investisseurs et des émetteurs ou d’autres catégories de clients, couvrant tous les aspects liés à l’administration des dossiers des clients, y compris l’examen des dispositions contenues dans les documents, en consultation avec le responsable de la fiducie de la société.
- Surveiller le respect des clauses restrictives des ententes et consigner les exigences afin d’assurer l’exécution en temps opportun des tâches de Computershare, ce qui peut inclure l’avis à l’entreprise cliente et l’enregistrement des documents reçus, avec un suivi au besoin.
- Coordonner la livraison précise et en temps opportun des avis, des certificats d’actions, des libérations d’entiercement, des exercices de bons de souscription, des conversions de débentures, etc., conformément aux exigences et aux délais internes, ainsi qu’aux directives du client ou des services juridiques.
- Aider l’agent fiduciaire de l’entreprise dans le cadre des clôtures et de la signature des documents, assister aux clôtures et s’assurer que Computershare obtient tous les documents requis.
- Toutes les questions liées à la facturation, y compris les anciennes créances, les corrections de facturation et les éléments de recherche sur la facturation - aider le responsable de la fiducie de l’entreprise à surveiller et à contrôler les comptes clients conformément aux directives de l’entreprise.
- Rédiger/préparer la correspondance et préparer les relevés aux clients, en assurant le suivi de toute action requise.
- Assister le responsable de la fiducie corporative dans le cadre des envois postaux, des réunions des détenteurs de créances et des détenteurs de bons de souscription, conformément aux documents constitutifs et aux différentes politiques et règlements.
- Aider à la réalisation de projets de bureau d’équipe à la demande de la direction.
