Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is an established Volvo / Mack Truck dealer operating 9 branch locations across British Columbia.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assess truck health and safety scores and monitor faults on a daily basis.
- Fault code handling - this includes setting expectations with fleets, developing action plans for how to best handle the truck based on its current condition, outstanding recalls, and communication with outside service locations.
- Work with Service Advisors to ensure service work flow is maintained from an uptime perspective.
- Educate customers on service expectations.
- Identify gaps within fleets and develop dealer supported solutions to close these gaps.
- Keep up-to-date with OEM parts and service releases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- Previous knowledge and experience working in a Service position is required (i.e., someone with a Service Advisor or Technician background).
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong analyzation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
