**Position Overview**

Willo Labs provides a single campus connection and platform for colleges and digital materials providers to link and manage digital course materials in the learning management system (LMS). Willo Labs is connected to over 1,200 campuses LMSs.

**This role will**:

- Lead client engagements with campus LMS administrators to implement and configure Willo's LMS integration platform.
- Train and answer questions regularly from campus stakeholders, including the LMS team, academic departments and/or store personnel, and faculty to ensure ideal configurations and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with publisher teams and representatives to ensure optimal implementation of their learning products with Willo's technology.
- Contribute to the creation and editing of user and product documentation, especially related to Willo and publisher product updates.
- Work collaboratively with the Implementation team to ensure faculty are onboard and trained prior to every term start.
- Work closely with Engineers, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to resolve any service delivery issues and configuration issues to ensure customer success each and every term.
- Support and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success Managers for client success and business development.
- Provide Level 2 support.
- This role is cross-functional, and will regularly engage with the Willo product team to ensure all product updates are incorporated into all of your client engagement, training, and support activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client success onboarding campus and publisher LMS integration teams to implement and use Willo technology.
- Support clients and peers in Sales, Implementation & Account Management teams with presentations, client consultation, and engagement to ensure sales growth & client success using Willo technology.
- Collaborate with the product team on technical solutions and product development.
- Level 2 Technical Support & Client Documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with digital content delivery and integrations within. Learning Management Systems either via a publisher/content provider or a college/educational institution perspective.
- Working knowledge of LTI/LTI 1.3 LMS integration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including customer success, account management, sales, or client services.
