**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative support to agents and staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office communications.
- Oversee real estate transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Recruit, train, and supervise office staff to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of agents and implement improvement plans as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews to provide feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-maintained office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate administration or office management.
- **5+ years of experience as a real estate agent**:

- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and legal processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
