**About This Opportunity**:
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor with focus on inventory is responsible for the management of raw materials and full goods in Weston facility. They ensure the raw materials are properly received, stored, and assist in posting during inventory counts and the finished products are shipped to various DCs in a timely manner The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the Supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
**This position is based out of North York at our Weston Facility. Shifts are 9 AM to 5:30 PM**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervising a team of inventory analysts, coordinator, shippers and receivers.
- Maintaining a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace as per ISO requirements
- Staff, train, coach, evaluate and develop team members
- Hold team members accountable to RF scanning compliance for improved traceability
- Understanding and overseeing BluJay dock scheduling software and communicate when issues with scheduled appointments occur
- Overseeing the storage, as well as the shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods
- Develop and maintain 5S in the warehouse
- Allocate necessary space for stock rotation and removal of aged product as directed by inventory
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Assist in inventory counts by posting results and communication with Inventory Team
- Manage and audit team member's timekeeping ensuring loads get out on time to BluJay
- Updating finance for inventory losses
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in a related field or experience deemed equivalent
- 3-5 years warehouse/inventory experience required. Beverage industry is preferred.
- 2+ years supervisory experience required. Supervisory experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluations
- Ability to provide leadership, motivation, and training for development of the team
- Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees
- Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision
- Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
- Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener

- Experience with MS Office, BluJay and SAP computer tools
