In addition, you will run payroll-related reports as required monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Support HR administration. You will prepare and verify Records of Employment and create and update personnel profiles in the HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems.

- Collaborate. You will support the manager by assisting with allocating work assignments and acting as a resource for colleagues and the organization for matters related to Payroll and Benefits. You will participate in internal and external audits. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, providing recommendations to the manager based on gaps you have identified.
**You have**:
- The experience. You have experience as a Payroll Specialist for a growing mid-sized company and have extensive knowledge of payroll processes, regulatory requirements and agencies in Canada, and the U.S. You have an aptitude for numbers and processes, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and can use ADP Workforce NOW or a similar payroll and timekeeping system.
