WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, responsible individual to fill the position of Sales Support Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be familiar with STG's equipment and products in order to make timely recommendations to existing and potential clients.

Commitment to outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end.
- Handle inbound inquiries from our existing customer base, including day-to-day requests for quotation as well as larger commercial and industrial project bids.
- Commit to continual learning and education around new products and solutions for our customers.
- Assist in generating additional demand for our products and services.

Efficiently and accurately produce quotations and SOA’s and present to clients as required.

Build rapport with customers and technicians to meet their needs.

Coordinate with Logistics and Client Services to address all issues pertaining to the orders.

Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Computer Knowledge and Proficiency (Windows Based) - Quickbooks and Excel knowledge is an asset.

Spanish and French is an asset but not required.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

- Inside sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
