The Opportunity

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all criminal record checks and Continuing Education Credit (CEC) hours are recorded and managed proactively. On a continuous basis, this person exercises high levels of confidentiality, and communication in a timely and professional manner with employees, management, insurance councils and the designated representative when performing their responsibilities.

Full Time Permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office.

What you will bring to the role
- Post-secondary education in office administration is a definite asset.

Insurance Industry experience is preferred.

Licensing & Compliance experience is a definite asset.

Systems capability and know how is critical to the success of the role.

Knowledge of legislation and various government standards is an asset.

Demonstrated Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.

Strong and proven organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and determine the right order in which to work.

Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and to provide clear communication to Managers.
