Required Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate all sales functions to see that customers are served in a timely manner and in adherence to all company policies.
- Plan with all personnel regarding scheduling and all customer issues and comments.
- Generate new business by contacting existing and potential customers regularly.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Oversee work/process orders and inquiries from customers in accordance with company policies, including overseeing shipment, invoices and credit memos.
- Coordinate with Purchasing for all material requirements to ensure completion of orders.
- Ensure that the company’s quality system is implemented and maintained in all areas of customer service in the Sales Department.
- Monitor and track production progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Evaluate production performance and implement process improvements as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

This position requires a high level of coordination, organization, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and addressing any issues that may arise. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is also important in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $7,500.00 per month
