As an Account Executive, you will acquire net new clients and work as a trusted advisor to help clients find solutions to their current and future technology needs. You don’t need IT experience - if you are passionate about bringing new clients to Insight, we’ll teach you what you need to know.
Join our elite team of Account Executives and build relationships with clients over the phone. You'll put together solutions from the broadest selection of hardware, software, peripherals, and services in the industry. Additionally, you'll partner with Product Management, Marketing, and other sales specialists to manage and grow opportunities within your market/region to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Target net new clients with a focus on selling IT solutions and consulting on current IT environments and future needs.
- Build and manage your own book of business and drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within a territory.
- Conduct outbound phone calls and receive inbound inquiries.
- Engage our IT specialists as you develop long-term buying relationships with organizations of all sizes.
- Develop relationships with Insight's partners to work leads and close business.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Prior IT experience is not necessary, but you should have a strong interest in learning all about it.
- BA in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
- Ability to overcome objections - cold calling experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
- The base compensation for this position is $42,500 USD + variable incentive bonus + uncapped commissions, with additional benefits and perks available._

En tant que membre de notre équipe de représentant(e)s commerciaux internes de premier plan, vous développerez des relations avec les clients par téléphone, en mettant en place des solutions à partir de la plus large sélection d’équipement, de logiciels, de périphériques et de services de l’industrie.
Dans ce rôle, vous ferez équipe avec des spécialistes de la gestion des produits, du marketing et autres spécialistes des ventes pour administrer et développer les opportunités au sein de votre marché/région pour atteindre vos objectifs de vente.
Votre mandat chez Insight:
Agir en tant que conseiller(ière) de confiance auprès des clients, en vous concentrant sur la vente de solutions informatiques et offrant des services de consultation sur les environnements informatiques actuels et les besoins futurs.
Créer et administrer votre propre portefeuille professionnel et prendre en charge le cycle de vente complet, du contact initial à la conclusion.
Développer et maintenir des relations avec les clients d’un territoire. Effectuer des appels téléphoniques et recevoir des demandes d’informations.
Faire appel à nos spécialistes informatiques pendant que vous développez des relations d’achat à long terme avec des organisations de toutes tailles.
