The Outreach Program Coordinator should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as experience in handling administrative duties.

**Job Summary**:
The Outreach Program Coordinator's responsibilities include data collection and analysis, outreach with local Porters Lake businesses, representing our organization at partner events, and coordinating member activities and events.

Outreach Program Coordinator responsibilities:

- Collecting and analyzing data on local demographics, developing results, and presenting the conclusions to the Board.
- Develop and increase the awareness of the PLBID through membership engagement.
- Organize outreach events, including planning and marketing.
- Work with other economic development and community partners in Porters Lake to raise awareness of the area.
- Attend Board and BID meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience with computer technology (laptop/tablet) and various software platforms (Google Docs & Microsoft suite)
- Good organizational & administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Innovative thinker
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
