**About Eosense**

**General Accountability**
The R&D Project Coordinator's key responsibilities are in maintaining up-to-date tracking of ongoing Development department projects, as well as organizing the department workspace and equipment. They work closely with the VP of Research and Development to ensure an organized and consistent flow of project information and updates, as well as with various cross-department staff regarding tasks, milestones and obstacles.

**Key Accountabilities**

The primary job duties and responsibilities of the R&D Project Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
**Product Development**
- Project Coordination and Administration:

- Assist the VP of Research and Development with the coordination and management of R&D projects, including organizing project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure smooth execution
- Liaising with other department staff to update project tracking and timelines, and to communicate changes in priority or resourcing
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials
- Maintaining project documentation, including milestone progress, obstacles, budgeting, and timeline projections
- Lab/Office Organization:

- Maintain inventory of lab equipment and tools, as well as internally-owned Eosense instruments
- Coordinate equipment and instrument maintenance and calibration, ensuring that all instruments are properly functioning and calibrated on schedule
- Other:

- Assist with miscellaneous development projects as required / suitable
- Documenting clear and concise meeting notes on ad-hoc basis
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications, Education, Work Experience and Skills**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Science, Technology, or Business. Lab / Research experience is a strong asset, as is experience in coordinating small teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical information
- Strong organizational skills, including excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams / backgrounds
- Proficient in English
