Techo-Bloc is seeking a talented and analytical Customer and Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by analyzing customer and marketing data, extracting actionable insights, and developing effective strategies to enhance our customer engagement and marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to customer behavior, competition, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Blending data with sales & marketing team insights to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve customer retention, acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive reports on sales and marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights.
- Identify new optimization opportunities in customer engagement, high value clienteling, high value prospecting, and brand partnerships.

**Customer Segmentation, Marketing Strategy, and Optimization**:

- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, behavior, and other factors. Collaborate with marketing teams to customize campaigns for different segments.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs like conversion rates and ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

**Customer Journey Mapping, Optimization, and Data Quality Assurance**:

- Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify optimization opportunities and understand preferences. Utilize statistical methods, surveys, and feedback data for insights to enhance products/services.

**Data Visualization, Communication, and Reporting**:

- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate complex data findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI (or similar platforms) for effective data visualization.
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources using visualization software.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
- Maintain a regular reporting schedule and archive past reports for future planning.
